Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled while in transit. Customers are requested to verify all order details before confirming their purchase.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Product Inspection
All returned items undergo a quality inspection before any replacement request is approved. Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications will not qualify for replacement.
Change of Mind
As our products are categorized as personal wellness and hygiene items, requests based on personal preference, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction after use are not eligible for return or replacement.
Used Products
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase may not qualify for replacement.
Shipping Charges
Where applicable, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, customers may be required to cover return shipping charges unless the error was on our part.
Processing Time
Approved replacement requests are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
