Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping is available across Pakistan on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.
- Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Relaxo™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and clear photographs may be required to investigate and resolve the issue.
